Vladivostok, March 2011, the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant has just happened. Igor Khlebnikov is a simple Russian man without great prospects. He lives in Primorsky Krai, works in a hamburger shop and receives a penny. Once, withdrawing a salary at an ATM, he gets 3 million instead of 10 thousand. Unexpected luck sets off a series of adventures in the hero's life and tests whether he can manage it properly...
